Pool & Yacht Club - Lilydale, MN

After the Pool & Yacht Club suffered a kitchen grease fire, we were summoned to remodel the charred spaces and eventually installed a new roof over the entire expanse of the building. We’ve renovated the lounge, created a kitchen in the pool cabana, replaced the outdoor deck and updated the restrooms with various renovations. When the Pool & Yacht Club experienced the set back of the 2001 flood, we swooped in and reinvigorated the lower level amenities in just four months: less time than previous post-flood renovations.
